APC Security Hardening Service
SSH renewal, username and password change, access through SSL.
To use this service, you must provide VPN access to the networks connected to the UPSes you wish to harden. You must also provide a list of UPS IP addresses. This is for APC UPS devices only.

UPS as a Service is only available in California. This service requires a one-time setup, installation, and removal fee. We offer 3 service tiers for this service.
Gold
(1) UPS, Maintenance, Monitoring, 7x24 Installation- Hardware: UPS, Network Card, 2-Post & 4-Post Mounting Kits
- Install: Site Assessment, Network Management Card IP Config, 7×24 Installation of all Hardware
- Maintenance: Next Business Day Onsite Support, Repairs (includes parts, labor & travel), 7×24 Remote Monitoring
Platinum
(1) UPS, Maintenance, Monitoring, 7x24 Installation, Rack & PDU- Hardware: UPS, Network Card, 2-Post Rack or MiniRaQ Wallmount Rack, Mounting Kits for Rack, Rackmount PDU
- Install: Site Assessment, Existing UPS Removal, Network Management Card IP Config, 7×24 Installation of all Hardware, Rack/PDU Install
- Maintenance: Next Business Day Onsite Support, Repairs (includes parts, labor & travel), 7×24 Remote Monitoring
Silver
